Heres Some Ideas:
1.Roll-up sandwich ,Pasta salad ,Fruit salad
2.Tuna sandwich, A cucumber chain ,Sliced melon
3. Bean and cheese burrito, Sliced mango, Green salad with dressing on the side
4.Whole-wheat fruit pancakes ,A hard-boiled or poached egg, 100% maple syrup, Steamed yams
5.Almond butter and honey pocket sandwich, Steamed carrots & asparagus, Sliced apples
6.Half bagel with lowfat cream cheese,Pan-fried potatoes & herbs, Applesauce

I often chop up some fruit (bannanas, apples, strawberries, and add some grapes. Put it in a bowl. I take it to work plus a toasted bagel. That will fill you up and give you energy.

Instead of a sandiwich you could have a salad and a wrap. (a wrap is kind of like a sandwich on tortilla bread but you can put other kinds of meat in it, it's good)

hummus on pita bread. fresh fruit and raw veggies. tuna salad. I take entrees made by Weight Watchers or Lean Cuisine, too.
