i have a exrice bike can you give me some tips

eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, drink plenty of water, and ride your bike at least 30 minutes every day.

Ride the bike or just go for brisk walks for 30 to 40 minutes a day. And some strength training, too. Muscles will help you burn fat. And, of course, watch what you eat - cut out fast food and excess sugar. Good luck!!

Use the exercise bike at least 18 hours a day, stoping only for food and sleep. Wear a diaper and use the bathroom on the bike if you're serious about losing thsat weight.
