Technically more than what the doctor prescribes for you is an overdose.

That means even one teensy tiny speck of a tablet more is an overdose - of course that would be considered to be a trivial overdose.

How much methamphetamine are you SUPPOSED to be on?

When you buy methamphetamine, you have no clue how much (or even if) you're getting. It doesn't make much sense even to ask.
