What other people do is not my concern. Even if rest of the world loses its faith, it doesn't mean that I intend to lose mine. I'm not threatened in any way by the decline of other people's faith. Let them do what they will.

Yes, you are right. It is fear. "Religion," as we have known it, is totally declining in the world. False religions and cults are becoming more prominent, like Mormonism, Jehova's Witness, Scientology, etc. But true faith is declining.

We should not be afraid to admit that "religion" is declining in the world. This is a sign of Jesus' return. And in many ways, it is a good thing, because God is making "true worshippers" to "worship Him in Spirit and in truth." Religion often blocks us from becoming true worshippers. Religion is manmade -- we need God. We should proudly tell atheists that religion is dying because Jesus is beyond religion - He is Truth.

Religion is safe...nice...traditional...and helps people get past fears of the unknown.

If they admit that religion is drowning...which it is...that would cause some to lose hope. Religion does have some benefit to the frightened.

No...men can only kill the body.
Fear God who can send your soul to hell forever.

America has truly been blessed. But, as it's people turn away from the Lord and focus more on themselves, I think those blessings will stop. I think adversities and calamity will follow.

Like Job said, and I agree, the calamity of God is a terror to me.
