I've tried two pairs of running sneakers and I've made sure they aren't too tight. If they're too loose, I loose support. My arches are a bit low but nothing serious. I start to loose feeling first in my left foot, then might right. If I pump my toes it helps a bit. If I stop running, I get feeling back with now problem in a minute or two and can continue running for a little while until it starts up again.
Thanks

My feet used to get tingly during a long run and I went to a running store to get new shoes and they told me the following:

Your shoes may be tighter than you think. On longer runs your feet will swell up. If your shoes are too tight you'll cut off circulation to your feet. There is vein/artery/blood vessel (I don't know which) on the top of the foot. Tight shoes will cut this off and your feet will go numb.

My feet never went completely numb though.

See a doctor if you've eliminated all the obvious things, which it appears you have. He can take a blood pressure check down there to make sure your circulation is okay.

Good Luck
