I need to make a questionaire where people will answer with ticks and handwriting. I would like to make it look nice. I plan to use microsoft word for it. Is this the best program for this? Please share any tips on its use for this. The data itself i will manually enter into a database program. Thank you in advance.

I would use Access for this, first set up the heading for the columns in the first page, then set the type of data to the one at the bottom of the list which I've forgotten what it is called but I think it provides a small square for ticking, other data can be entered in a space.

You could use MS Word and save the pages as web pages. Then when they select an answer they click a hyperlink that takes them to the next approriate question. This words well with multiple choice questions. Save your first page as Index.htm and then the rest of the pages name them suitably with an .htm extension. Then run the index page and see how it works in your browser. You could burn it to a CD and make the index.htm autorun.
