Everytime I cook, I have little or no appetite to eat afterwards - I am usually not hungry enough even to eat what I've just prepared! Why is this?

Your senses are overwhelmed by all the smells and you are stressing over the taste and probably worried over the success of the meal. When you are more comfortable with your cooking skills you will be able to eat again. Try cooking meals you are comfortable with more often and save the fancy stuff for weekend suppers. Good Luck!

there is nothing wrong with your cooking neither with ur appetite. You need some one to share your meal with alot of appriciation like wow you are great cook its very tasty yummy etc . try this you will feel better you will eat more .Take care have a wounderfull life.

How much are you 'tasting' while you cook!? ha! Or it might have to do with you smelling it cook.
