I have these horrible red bumps on my feet that itch like heck. They have spread. Yesterday, I had just 2, and they were on the same toe, but now I have 15, and they are all over both feet. What should I do? What are they? Please help, they hurt and itch.

have you been walking around barefooted? Is it possibly bug bites or poison oak?
They're spreading too quickly, sweetie. I recommend visiting the dr. quickly so they don't get any further.
In the meantime, there is an aloe vera product for sunburn relief that contains lidocaine. Maybe it will help.
Make sure you wash your hands EVERY TIME you touch your feet, and don't touch one foot and then the other without washing. I don't know how this is spreading, but my bet is your hands.
DO NOT TAKE A BATH!! If it's spreadable, you'll find out after a bath! If you want to soak your feet do it one at a time. Aveeno Oatmeal Soak helped my kids when they had chicken pox.

I have red spots all over my feet, my hands also have them along with cracks, little bumps, and some cracks. They itch like crazy and when i put lotion on my hands it burns. I took benedryl which helped with the itching.

my vote would be hives..what worked for me was to put some baby powder on them, take some benadryl or loratadine, stop touching them, and put something cold on them. Ice with a towel around it works quite well. Good luck!

Welcome to Athelete's Foot. It sucks, but there are many good OTC products available at the store. Clean your feet & change socks regularly. Dampness is the enemy.
