Money Admission to Canada/Airport?

Hello! whats the maximum amount of money I can admit with me to Canada by airport?

There isn't really one, but if you bring over $10,000 Canadian you have to declare it and do the paperwork.

But unless you have some odd reason, I wouldn't travel with an excessive amount of money. Use the banks once you are here.

Seriously though - why wouldn't you just bring your visa or M/C instead of cash - then there's no restriction.
