Actually, Shiva is male as far as I am able to discover, and haven't run across any depictions of him as female.

Too, bisexual would refer to sexuality as opposed to gender. Being both male and female would make one a hermaphrodite.

There are many depictions of Shiva Ardhanarishvara, who is male on one side and female on the other. There are also many depictions of a similar image in Western alchemy of the Divine Androgyne.Strictly speaking, God has no gender (gender is only fixed on the physical plane); it is only used as a concept for human minds to wrap their minds around something that does not lend itself to limited thinking patterns. since God encompasses all concepts, and "duality" is the necessary condition in order to be able to think of anything at all, the image of the Ardhanarishvara (literally, "the Lord who is half-female") encompasses the concept of integrated duality in one image. If you look up the book "Kundalini" by Dr. Robert Svoboda, there is a most beautiful image on the cover, of Shiva Ardhanarishvara, or Sadashiva, along with an explanation of the image.
