I would like to lose about 20-30 lbs. I started the treadmill and am doing weight training as well. But I would like to look into safe suuplements. I already take a multi-vitamin.

You should not need supplements if you take a good multi-vitamin and eat healthy foods. It's my opinion that if you want to take supplements, then use those that are advertised to work with your body, IE... age, sex, disease risks, etc...
In addition to a multi-vitamin, I take fish oil and vitamin C.

Littile late this being seven years got a question about those when I take walmart over counter vitimins supplements certain kinds. I do only three different kinds from what I feel fits me . Am I suppose to rest after for awile when take them for my body adjusting the vitimins in anyone knows?

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
