....and God had to "make up" a woman solely for Adam's satisfaction, out of a rib,

then how do you explain the rest of the female animals in the animal kingdom?
or were they created after Eve?
And if they existed BEFORE Eve, wasn't it obvious Eve had to exist at the same time they did?

See, now, there you go playing with that new-fangled invention "thinking" again! No good can come of THAT, you know! *G*

Actually, in virtually all early human societies, worship of an Earth Mother goddess of some sort came FIRST. Not in the sense of Murray's long-discredited Great Universal Benevolent Matriarchy of the One Goddess™ but . . . pervasive and varied nonetheless. Associating women with fertility and new life, and personifying the Earth itself as a female deity is a pretty obvious and natural connection. The male Sky Father beliefs arose later, perhaps because rain = semen is a bit more of stretch.

Of course, you know how it is . . . once a man's in the house, he figures the TV remote is HIS . . . :-)

Eve was not made for Adam's "satisfaction", but so that Adam would not be alone. She was not created to be his playmate, but to be a means to propagate mankind and, also, as God's finest creation. God made her a suitable helper for Adam. In other words, they were created equal in His eyes.

Yes, she was made out of a rib. Why did God do that when He didn't make Adam out of a rib? I think it says more that she was taken from her eventual mate than from, say, a monkey's rib. Adam and Eve were created on the same day as many animals.

It wasn't like God had to think about it and realized He made a mistake. He set her apart as His masterpiece. There's something awesome about the female form when it's in great shape and in the the female spirit when it's challenged.

The Source of Life we call God is Complete. Holy means "whole". The Source sends out the Lifeforce which creates and keeps everything in existence.
There are two aspects to the Lifeforce. One that flows from the Source out to Creation we call the Feminine. And the other flowing back to the Source we call the Masculine. These forces are nuetral. They just exist. But there have to be spirits that take on the role of Masculine and Feminine in order to keep these things in existence.
We have not lost touch with the Feminine. Only in the minds of the uneducated is that so. And over-dosing on feel good stuff to compensate for human failings, like low self-esteem. Only puffs people up with false pride, to where they think they are better than others. And hurts the Feminine just as well.
I'm not accusing you of doing that. That is something the Spirit told me say so everyone might understand.

Bear in mind intelligencia only came to most Europeans during the 15-16 centries. The KJV Bible 1611-1612 was translated after previous Bibles like Tyndale's, Wycliffe, The Bishop's, the Vulgate etc. The EL's Holy Torah states that the animals, fishes, birds were made before He and She Adam. She Adam (they called Eve) was not made from a rib of He Adam. That would make male one less rib of a female but they both have the same amount of ribs. The Enuma Elish Tablets states that it was on the same Day both he and she were made of the same Adama (redish blak earth). A Yahuwa of the ELoheem had Adam sedated in a coma state, removed the Barathary gland took from the rib bone marrow to make blood to mix it for the making of She Adam. Nergal the son of ANU mentioned as the LORD O God in Genesis 2:16 took from Adam's X and Y chromosomes one of the X chromosomes and closed up the wound in his rib cage. This was used for the making of the woman they called Eve in Genesis. Because she was made of him she is also called Adam mentioned in Genesis 5:2. The female is the clone of man not the "make up", that's why she's often given the titles wombman (woman), fetusmale (female), he in the spelling of she, Mrs in Mr. etc.

Unfortunately, we are told by Caucasian (they call white male) scholars that woman is the opposite of man. That's not so for the word opposite means against, to oppose etc. According to most native cultures the woman is the compatible gender of the male not opposite. He and She Adam were made to be complimenting of each other.

Not that I am religious, patriarchal, or nutty but I do have an answer for this.

Adam was the first thing that God created that was in his image. Since he is one being - Adam is one being. God did not want or need a mate. He decided later that Adam would want a mate, thus he created Eve.

That, or we can accept that the story of Adam and Eve is a fable and not real history. You decide.

In the bible it says Adam tried to find a companion among all the other animals but was not happy - so God originally intended for Adam to enjoy BESTIALITY it would seem!!!

Genesis 2: 18-20

18 The LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him."

19 Now the LORD God had formed out of the ground all the beasts of the field and all the birds of the air. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name. 20 So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds of the air and all the beasts of the field.
But for Adam, no suitable helper was found.

There is within man a quality known as "Wisdom".
If man taps into this unknown quality called "Wisdom" then another item called truth will be revealed.

Then a human will be given the answer as to who was
created first Adam (PBUH) or Eve......the answer to this question may astound even the greatest of thinkers!

That is an assumption not based on what Scripture says. "a''dam" was created as "male and female" as indicated in Genesis 1:27. "So God created humankind in his image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them." Therefore woman being taken from the side of "a'dam" did not negate female animals or even the existance of the feminine.

Read "Captivating" by John and Staci Eldredge. I think you have a skewed perspective of what the creation of woman was actually about. Not a very flattering perspective I might add.
