It sounds like a self esteem issue. The most important thing is what are you doing about the way you feel? When i feel bad, I do something to improve my situation. If I feel fat, I do situps. If I feel stupid, I try and learn something. The purpose behind depression is to force you out of your space and into getting better. Don't wait another moment, do something to improve yourself right now.

Even your picture looks unhappy! Perhaps you could start with changing that image and give it a smile!
You are standing at a life changing crossroads, the way you go is your decision (you are in control).
Sit down and draw two columns and head one "What I hate doing" and the "What I like doing" (it doesn't matter if you think you're any good at it or not i.e you could be totally tone deaf but like to sing).
Spend some time thinking this through - it's not a 5 minute exercise! If you're feeling really down, you'll probably fill up your "hate" column first that's because that's where you're head's at! Over time you should be able to find something you like to do, or indeed something you would like to try and do. Then you could Google it and find out more information or look in your local paper or library and see if there are other people or organisations in the your area join.
To turn direction in your life can be difficult, but not impossible and you sound like you have the determination to make it happen!

Is there anything that actually makes you happy ? Sit down, relax and think about it...concentrate....did you find it ? Now, make a plan on how to get there ! Food is just an excuse to get your mind away from the things you really want and find temporary comfort. You are you and are stuck with yourself. You don't like it ? Change !!!!! If you had a friend you did not like, would you still hang out with her ? NO ! You would find a new friend. That is what you have to do. Think of yourself as your best friend in the world and start thinking what you would like to become and go for it. No time to lose. Surprise the people around you by becoming the best that you can. If you are happy with yourself, then you can bet there will be people that will be happy to be with you. Be a good friend and help a friend in need YOURSELF !!!!

STOP feeling sorry for yourself. Go shopping, get your hair done, get a manicure, pedicure, full body massage. Pull yourself up leave the comfort food alone. Talk to someone don't do it alone there are support groups out there. There are those who are worse of than you. Thank God you're here and pray for peace of mind. Whatever pulled you into the dumps, the good lord will pull you out. Just believe, especially in yourself. You can do it. Trust.

You need to acknowledge that God made you as your are perfect in his own image and then you will realise that you have no reason not to like yourself. Yes you can feel uncomfortable with something about you but you can work at making it better or just accept you for what you are. Do things to make you happy with people who make you feel comfortable and happy being who you are. Love you for you then you will accept and love everything else.

first, do something different when you're down... easier said then done, just exercise... walk for an hour, do something.... everytime you feel like picking up that spoon for ice cream, do some situps or run or walk or bike or play tennis,.... it might sound dumb, but this will bring some natural endorphones within your body that will make you happy.... and if you need motivation, honestly, join a gym.... get a trainer... and they will motivate you... feeling ugly is an inner battle.... concentrate on your good qualities.... and if something doesn't feel right just try to fix it...

Stand in front of the mirror and say (50 times/day) "I like myself!" and really mean it. This simple exercise will help boost your self esteem many times over.
Next, do what you need to do to get affirmation from friends and relatives. Start a workout program and stick with it, go to the library and educate yourself, meet new people, etc.

You need to change your ways.
Stop comfort eating because thats just going to make you look and fell worse. Put down the fork and go outside, maybe go for a run or something.

u have to think positive..why do u think u are ugly..if you are more positive about the way u think about urself then that will help how other people see u..and quit eating all the time bc then u will put on weight and then feel more down
