In my experience, inflammatory breast carcinoma is not common, although, it is indeed devastating. The symptoms are presented in the article, particularily, if the nipple is inverted, or there is redness. That means that the cancer is blocking the lymphatic channels. By definition, inflammatory carcinoma is stage IV, and into the lymph nodes.
