Hey there!
Mi manchi molto - I miss you so much
non ti sento da una vita - I haven't heard from you for a long time (literally, I haven't heard from you for a life.)
In this case, the same thing is said to males and females.
I hope that this helps,
Cs

Ciao! I'm Italian!! I read the answers they gave you before me and I have to warn you: most of them are wrong. I would say: Mi manchi tanto! è da tanto che non ti sento! (those two sentences don't use gender, so they're good for both males and females).
Whoever translated the same way gave you the right answer, I just wanted to make sure you didn't pick the wrong translation! :-)
Ciao e a presto!
Chiara

i miss you so much= io sento tanto la mancanza di te (you can take off the "io" because in italian you don't need the personal pronouns to understand who you are talking about)
i haven't heard from you for a long time= non ho sentito di te da molto tempo
And yes, you can say the same thing to anyone

Li manco così tanto
'non mi sono sentito a lungo da voi '
Don't say it with a forceful voice, say it with feeling!
