A woman was hit by a car and was pronounced dead but, revived by the medics. While she was in the realm of the unknown she had a discussion with God. God told her that she would live a long life. The doctors revived her, and fixed her broken parts back to their original forms.

When the woman recovered she received a settlement from the driver of the vehicle for $2,000,000.00. She decided to use this money to get a nose job ... then she decided she needed a tummy-tuck ... chin lift ... and hair extensions.

Happily, she went to NYC for a shopping spree. She just finished her shopping and was ready to go to the theater, all gussied up, when she fell into the subway tracks and her body was completely destroyed.

She asked God when she got into heaven, "I though you told me I'd live a long life?" ... to which God replied, "I didn't recognize you, sorry."

Of course not. Vanity, considered a sin, is somewhat subjective. If it makes you feel better about yourself why not? It's not hurting anyone else and if you have the money to spend on it, I say go for it. Of course, you are messing with what the Good Lord gave you, but just the shell the pearl is in. It's your soul that is important.

No! Don't be silly, you will still be a good person weather you have a fixed nose or a normal 1. But you should still just be confident with yourself, with the nose God gave you. But it is your choice.

Go for it, the bible doesn't discuss plastic surgery, it wasn't around then. The bible speaks of being modest.

No. A nose-job, in itself, is not sinful.

However, one must look at the root reasons one gets such a thing done.

Is it for vanity's sake? The sin is "vanity" - not the nose job.

However...if it will help you and your self-esteem...go for it.

But - please, for God's sake....leave your breasts alone. Big silicone sacks? Not attractive.

I don't think so, but someone told me once that tattoo's were a sin because your body is your temple.
