I keep having violent dreams, 'nightmares' if you will.

While some people say they have dreams of naked ladies and such.

Why do I dream of being killed while others dream of naked ladies?

{{Trust me I don't WANT to be killed and therefore don't think of being killed. Incase anyone planned to suggests 'think of optimistic things before you sleep'}}

I am open for suggestions however weird they may sound!
Thanks in advance!

wat i do is meditate just a few minures before bed. think deeply about you preferred MOOD of the dream like happy, sad, lust, vengeance, and the n go to bed. you should also record any dreams that you enjoy and maybe meditate on them. its been proven that most people has the same dreams multiple times.

also, the thing about the tv isnt true at all. that is proven to have no effect watsoever.
