protein is found very easily in almost all animal products, but if you are interested in low fat, i would recommend what is classified as very lean meat.
examples of this would be something like chicken or turkey (white meat) with no skin, or fish like cod, flounder, salmon, tuna etc.
Egg whites is where you are going to find the best quality protein. It has the best ratio of necessary amino acids that your body needs(building blocks of protein), but then maybe you don't want to waste the yolks.
if you opt for non-animal products, you can always go with the beans, peas, or lentils...
tofu is also a good protein source, but it falls more into the medium-fat protein sources, just like milk!
just remember though...fat IS an essential nutrient so don't get to crazy about not consuming any fat!, keep eating your vegetable oils and nuts!

Beans and tofu/soy products. Also, most veggies have decent amounts of protein (an average potato has about four grams) and things like whole wheat bread (I think the brand I'm using now also has about three grams a slice.)
I hope this helps. A search for "vegan protein sources" will yield some good results.
