Insuring my bike?

CAN I GET INSURANCE ON A MOTORCYCLE THAT DOESN'T HAVE MY NAME ON THE TITLE?

Doubt it. You MAY be covered on that bike bt any auto insurance you have. You would need to check with your insurer. My insurance covers me in/on anything I drive.
