if i eat high sodium food like weight watchers for lunch everyday to lose weight... i have heard that they are high in sodium which will make me retain water...

how will that affect my weight loss? if i eat them every day wouldnt i retain water but still lose fat?

could i offset it by drinking more water?

ok so first of all, yeah ... sodium will retain water
one concern you need to adress, and probably arent aware of is the fact that because you will have excess water on your bloodstream, you will have an increased blood pressure. This can lead to many other problems so definitely that is not a diet I would recommend you do for a long period of time.
..
your weight loss wont really be diminished by "excess water", at least not unless you are losing weight very slowly.
.. the good news (i guess) is that, if you are ONLY concerned with fat loss then let me tell you that sodium intake will not intervene with the amount of fat you burn.

you have to be careful when taking into account all the factors though... if you are losing weight, is it really because of the diet?... Make sure you keep eating fruits high in potassium like bananas, melons, dates, rasins etc. This will help with the sodium issue!..

lastly... remember that to be succesful at losing weight you have to watch every meal and not just your lunch!!

I believe Weight Watchers promote losing weight in a healthy way by encouraging people to make food choices that fit their lifestyle and preferences.

It is a practical, accessible and structured way forward to a fit, healthy lifestyle.

Here is an excellent review about Weight Watchers where you can find details about:

1. diet in general ( http://www.weight-loss-choice.com/Weight_Watchers.html )
2. food plan ( http://www.weight-loss-choice.com/weight_watchers_program.html )
3. membership ( http://www.weight-loss-choice.com/weight_watchers_membership.html )
4. on-line support ( http://www.weight-loss-choice.com/weight_watchers_online.html )

Good luck!

I am hooked on Diet Coke. But lately I've began ingesting Orange juice. I truthfully drank approximately two litres in 2 days... that is truthfully really healthful however my loved ones had a cross at me for hogging the juice... Get a few juice :)
