Depends....what did he usually say after the first couple of dates? Is that a normal phrase for him.
Some guys are very vague and just have a "whatever" atitude, but it depends on if this is a normal type of comment for him.

No, it's his way of sparing your feellings. It basically means he's not that into you. He may truly have had fun but he doesn't see you guys going out on any more dates in the future. Don't call him. I could be wrong, but you should wait until he calls you. That way you won't seem like you're chasing after him. Plus you'll know he's really interested if he takes the initiative to call first.

No, don't call him and don't expect a call from him. He's decided he's not going to go out with you again. Why it took him 3 dates to decide is beyond me. Keep looking.

It probably means he doesn't want another date. I'm sorry : ( But maybe he just said that .. well I don't know why he'd say that if he wanted another date but boys are weird and don't know how to express feelings, so maybe. But don't call him, just wait. If he doesn't call you, he obviously doesn't want another date.
