DONT rent from UHaul! Twice it was a living hell! There are whole websites dedicated to how bad they are! Even if it costs a little more rent from one of their competitors!

Never, ever, rent anything from U-Haul-- old equipment, poorly inspected, poorly trained personnel. Definitely a nightmare waiting to happen. I've had good luck with Ryder/Penske, but the best ever was Budget. The truck only had 16,000 miles in it, it was clean, and ran really well. There was no governor on the accelerator, either. The Ryder/Penske truck had one that didn't allow the truck to exceed 64 mph; we went 75 in the Budget truck.
