What do you think ?
If a group of drunk men grab a female friend and tryed to strip her they would be arrested for sexual assolt But when a group of women grab a man & try to strip him every one thinks it is so funny. It is 1 law for Men & another for women

So where did this happen and why didn't the man press charges? Sorry but your example is an empty one since in both cases it would be up to the individual to press charges against the people assaulting them.

I'm not saying there aren't some double standards in society however your example isn't a very good one.

Equality between the genders has never been about treating each gender the same. Or about each gender being the same. That would be obviously mistaken.

The rules of behavior are different for women vs. men and they always will be.

During the past two decades in the US, however, the laws and the operational objectives in the work place and in the homes have evolved so that females have all the advantages that females have always had plus the have many of the advantages that were traditional male. This has resulted in an imbalence in the home and in the work place where females are in charge and men are wimps.

The fem nazies have won. Young boys are in need of healthy rolemodels and in need of segregated education where they are surrounded by men and other boys and are taught how to be men and then they will learn to compete successfully with the females both in their homes and in the work place.

I think it has to do with the attitude. If the man enjoyed it--and he probably did!--then it's not considered bad. However, if this happened to a woman, it would be ASSUMED that she didn't enjoy it and didn't ask for it. Even if she thought it was funny at the time, later on she could come back and say that it was abuse. Whereas after a man had this happen and has sobered up, his friends would think he was real wuss for complaining about this.

You're right--women have a lot of power in this legal system. I hope the scales of justice will become more even one day, though I don't know if I see that happening soon. Don't blame the Women's Liberation Movement, as I don't think this was its intent.

I am female but I agree with you, most guys would find it just as embarrassing and upsetting as a female. the only difference is a bloke is meant to laugh it off but a woman would class it as an assault and rightly so. Men and woman should be treated the same as it is assault whether it's against a man or a woman.

Usually the women get better off on sexual matters. Laws should be applicable to both sex without any preferences.

From what I understand, it goes both ways. You must report it and press charges and it will imply as sexual harassment or assault. Try calling a crisis line for sexual assualt see what they suggest you to do.

I for one wouldnt complain, but i do see your point, but it is harder to proove that a woman has raped a man, than visa versa. even the police would laugh at you, which would be the final insult, because if they came knocking on your door to get you for rape, bet you anything they wouldnt be laughing ?

well you see the problem is that men dont think to report this sort of crime, so therefore its not frowned upon as much as it rightly should be.
