Im 13 and i am pretty healthy, i do dance and i am 4'8, around 90 pounds and i am thin everywhere else except my stomach .
Its the only "fat" part in my body. Its not bad but its still there. How can i loose it fastly??

p.s- I know im still growning, i really dont want to loose weight just tone the stomach and get rid of the fat!! Thanks

cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (we cant spot reduce body fat naturally) - those are running, jogging, swimming, cycling, elliptical, rope jumping etc. - do them 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (preferably 45min)

You cannot spot reduce, as in you cannot lose fat from one area of your body exclusively. You should continue to do what you do, but cut back a little bit on the calories (just eat half a lunch, or half any meal of the day, but only one) and after a few months, you will be alright.
And since you're 13, it's "lose", not "loose." It's okay, some of our high school graduates still spell it "loose."

hey,
1. eat well - greens! good carbs! good fats!
2. eat small meals throughout the day and try not to eat late.
3. if your dance classes are once or twice a week, do more cardio - and if your dance classes aren't at least 30 mins of cardio don't count it as a workout.
4. get a pilates dvd and give it a try
5. ab work - lots of different kinds of crunches - go online and look for stuff some free examples here but don't do anything crazy! http://www.hyperstrike.com/my_lab.aspx
6. walk tall -

since there is no such thing as spot training the only thing you can do to reduce fat in a specific area is lower your total body fat percentage. because you're not really needing to lose weight i would suggest picking up an issue of fitness or shape magazine and flipping to the total body weight training section. every issue has one and they differ month to month. target and walmart sell some pretty cheap dumbells and you can follow the routine in your home 3 times a week on alternate days. the more muscle mass you have the more fat you will burn!

I'm 13 too, and although I'm very skinny, I can get self consious. I know that I have no hope what so ever of staying on a diet (Lol, I'm horrible at that stuff), so I excersize everyday. If you do something you like, like tennis, soccer, go to the gym, etc..., you will lose fat in no time!

Keep dancing! Do sports, run around the block, do any other fisicul activity! That is one way to get all the fat off! And/or ask your doctor if he or she has any sugestions or just talk to your mom about it! Moms are very smart! They know everthing!

the best way is to drink only water and do a lot of sit ups that work on ur stomach and u should be fine since u r skinny
