I'm not sure that you can just because names are so vague, if even real at all. Some are made up. However, you might get lucky and just stumble upon one that seems familiar to you, and if they have their email or yahoo id on their Q&A profile, then you will know. But the odds are slim for that one. But Im thinking that if you want answers from friends that you know, that you can just ask them your questions in real life. ? Good luck searching!

Get off the computer, go out into the real world and find friends.

I think you can't, sorry you can only search through questions but you can't search for names and last names or e.g
Yeah that sucks, you can't stalk the people that you know or knew,haha
