Over the years, scientists seem to have proved that dinosaurs once roamed the Earth with countless skeletons and fossils. The bible, it seems, has no place for dinosaurs. All living things were created at once. Certainly, if humans ever lived at the same time as these hulking reptiles, we would have heard about them in history. What do you think? Do you think the bible just didn't include dinosaurs? Perhaps they never exsisted. If so, how did all these bones and such get here?

Dinosaurs are not included in history because the only way to include something in history is by writing things down and recording events, dinorsaurs can't write and therefore were not able to record anything for the history books. I think that dinosaurs possibly existed or some kind of type of animal. The bible was writen by a human and long before anyone had digged for dinosaur bones, they probably didn't add it because they didnt know about. Dinosaurs didnt live at the same time as humans did therefore the existence of dinosaurs is doubtful.

The bible is for human beings. If they started out in the beginning after there was light and the earth was formed dinosaurs roamed the earth for however many years, then G-d created man. I think you would lose some readers. The bible is about faith, there isn't that much science in the bible, there weren't any paleontologist until the 1880's. I'm sure people unearthed skeletons of dinosaurs before that but I am not sure.

The bones got there the same way all bones get in the earth. A living creature died.

By the way, maybe the reason why Dinosaurs weren't spoken of in the bible, is because when the bible was written, nobody had dug deep enough into the earth to find those bones. The early hebrew people were nomadic, and moved from place to place.

As a christian, I know the world is older than 6000 years of age. I know that it's closer to 10-20 million years of age.

The Bible doesn't speak of one land area, but we know that the panacea was that one land area, many millions of years ago.

God's moment is like our 1000 years and vice-versa. When God created the animals, He probably did not create humans the next 24 hour period. There was plenty of time for dinosaurs to live and roam the earth.

First of all put your religoin aside, you are asking a scientific question. I agree, if humans had existed with Dinasours then yes we would have heard something about them and would know how they died. But they did exist, I mean for goodness sakes, we have evidence of them, we have fossils and foot prints of them, we even have derivitives of them. I want to know what "evedience" supports and brought you to the conclusion that perhaps dinasours never existed.
BTW, before the Bible was re-written by King James, it talked of Unicorns and other mythological things, then it was changed. How can you trust anything this book says? Out side of the Bibe there is no record of Jesus ever existing. Watch "The God Who Wasn't There" and "Penn and Tellers, Bullshit: the Bible"

the bible talks of dinosaurs, i know for sure in the book of job, he describes them, what they look like, so if he is seeing them , then they walked along side man. when god made earth he created a firmament of water of it, like a water canopy, it protected all living things from the harmful rays of the sun, people weren't exposed to potassium 40 witch causes the aging process, therefore people lived hundreds of years and so did animals, reptiles grow as long as they live, so if it lives for hundreds of years then it will grow very large, then when the flood of noah took place , part of the flood was this water canopy that fell, and underwater springs burst forth, these springs caused the continental drift breaking the land apart, and with the water canopy missing when the flood ended tha people began aging and dieing much quicker, reptiles included, causing them to not grow as big. we are now exposed to sickness and die out quicker as well, without this protective layer. it is said in the old testament that people said the stars would sing, they thought this because of the quasar waves that came from stars penetrating the water canopy causing a metallic sound that sounded like they were singing. there is a museum in texas that has a hammer init that is believed to have been created before the flood because it's made of iron phosphorous, and chlorine, these 3 elements cannot mix and solidify in the presence of uv rays, therefor it had to be created before when we didn't have to deal with these rays. there have also been found footprints of dinosaurs and man beside one another, indicating they lived together.

Maybe there was no mention of dinosaurs in the bible because they didn't exist. The bones - the fossils that were found belonged to giants that once roamed the earth. They were the Nephilins, the offspring of the fallen angels that impregnated women in bible times. It would be very difficult to picture dinosaurs in Noah's ark. Weren't they supposed to eat humans?

Hi,
You should go back and read the Book of Job. It talks about dinosaurs. You see, not many people know this, but they are in fact written about in the Bible. Check it out for yourself.

Well... both is history... and you yourself cannot guarantee the accuracy of history because you yourself was not around to witness it first hand. Dinosaurs are an Educational guess... at the end of the day scientists cannot be 100% certain themselves as they did not walk with dinosaurs. i mean... none of us alive today was even here 200 years ago... who knows how our ancestors altered the history books...

As for the bones.... what makes you not think theyre not just premitive forms of the animals today before they 'evolved'. Again its a theory... any thing is possible. (if you are open minded enough)

Dinosaurs existed.
The Bible doesn't mention them DIRECTLY because the Bible has a theme (just like any good book) and it sticks to theme.
The theme is not dinosaurs.
The Bible doesn't mention the yellow bellied sap-sucker either, but nobody seems to mind that.
And ...some of the greatest books of history don't mention dinosaurs. Maybe they stick to theme as well.
