Where do eBay sellers find this stuff?

I would very much like to sell wav samples and drum loops on eBay, but I have no idea where people get them from. Obviously, some of them copy sample CD's illegally, but I don't want to end up behind bars for piracy. So where do people get their samples? Does anyone know?

Good question. I'd also like to know where they get some of their stuff to sell (not necessarily wav files). For example, every year it seems that several people have many legit copies of the various tax programs for sale. They usually are sold in different boxes than what you find at your local store, but they ARE legit. I know that because I bought once and it came with a rebate form that WAS honored by the tax software company!
