Use the camera thingie in Acrobat reader to outline a "snapshot" of the part of the document that's a picture and take a snapshot. Then open up your favorite graphics program (like, say, Photoshop or Paintshop Pro, or whatever) and File, New, and into the new image, Edit, Paste. Your Snapshot will be placed into the new image and you can Save As a .jpg

You go to FILE: Save As, and under the document's name, there should be .pdf scroll down and JPEG should be one of the options. Change it to that.

well, PDF files are not pictures.
they're like Word Documents, so u cant turn them into JPEG.
unless ur talking about PSD or sumthin which can be edited by Photoshop and then saved into any format.

You can scan it as a photo.
