Could be, although the numb cheek suggests you might have a minor jaw dislocation - go and see your dentist. (The ear pain is also a symptom of jaw problems.)

It sounds like it, do you feel any water in your ear??? The ringing in you head tho, its something different. You either have sounds stuck in your head which they call;
Tinnitus - Tinnitus is the name for these head noises, and they are very common. Nearly 36 million Americans suffer from this discomfort. Tinnitus may come and go, or you may be aware of a continuous sound. It can vary in pitch from a low roar to a high squeal or whine, and you may hear it in one or both ears. When the ringing is constant, it can be annoying and distracting. More than seven million people are afflicted so severely that they cannot lead normal lives.
If not tinnitus then you need to see a psychologist regarding the hearing of sounds, could be voices which is considered as mental illness... pyschosis... dementia... schizophrenia or all of the above.
Lol, now getting back to the original question yes I think its swimmers ear. lol

Dude I had a maxillofacial surgey in which they also took out 2 of my wisdom teeth but mostly they cut my jaw moved it forward and secured it with screws. Now i'm familiar with the numb feeling but i mostly had it in the chin area it's still a little numb after 3 months. Your surgery was most likely on smaller scale and nerves from those teeth got either stretched or broken or just tampered with. Yous should be fine in couple days don't worry really unless your doctor like cut a major nerve in your mouth.

I had the same symptoms and it was "Bells Palsy". Hope it is not what you have, but just in case see a Doctor, don't wait. The sooner it is treated, with Prednosone, the sooner the recovery. Facial Paralysis. It only affects one side of The face. Look it up in the Web. It affects the 7th Cranial nerve, located behind the ear on the side of the paralysis. Take care.

could be Bell's Palsy, but if it has been going on for several days, it is too late to start treatment. You need to start treatment within 24 hours of the beginning of symptoms. I would see a doctor to rule out infection.

Maybe. I have swimmer's ear right now! I have to have ear drops in my ear, and wear earplugs while swimming. You should try wax plugs, they work great!! (Also, wear earplugs when you go in the shower, you don't want shampoo and water in your ear)

Sounds like a good old-fashioned sinus-ear infection. Better get some antibiotic ASAP. If you let it go too long, it will affect your hearing.
Been there, done that.
