Testing benefits me. I can see where I am in my spiritual growth.

If I think I have a pretty good handle on my temper and a then a situation comes up where I lose it ----- I can see that I'm not where I need to be. Also, it helps me remember my dependency is on God for strength to overcome my weaknesses.

It can work the other way too -- I can see how far I have come when a test comes and I pass! It's a great barometer.

I don't think God is trying to trap you ,etc. God loves us and desires for us to grow.

It helps my committment and is a witness to others as well. I believe it is meant to be a positive.

I don't think that illnesses, etc. are sent from God at all.

God know you very well. He has no point of testing you. He even know that you are going against him b ut wait until judgement will come.

well you say you are a christain, correct? well you would very well know that the bible says, at James 1:13- for with evil things god cannot be tried nor does he himslef try anyone. so god does not test anyone. its our own imperfection, that brings us to to do wrong not god. hope this helps.

It is the choice that you make.
There is an invisible war going on between good and evil.
The choices you make today is your purpose. Chosing Gods way over the world.... but ultimately chosing Christ over it.

I'm not christian... but my take on it is when your in that line of work you have to truly know who your allies are... with the whole "free will" thing that (allegedly) he instilled in us, we could change at anytime...

God also gave everyone free will to do as they please...its up to us to choose if we want to believe and have faith and do good things in our lives.

when I get sex thoughts, my friends arent okay, something happens, but when I'm asexual, my friends are perfectly okay.
