I hope you show more intelligence in college than you have shown with this question. You can't reduce your measurements in a few days. Consider how long it took you to get those thunder thighs, and then multiple that by three...with diet and exercise, it will take you that long to get rid of the excess fat. A second thru the lips, a lifetime on the hips. Change your eating habits, change your couch potato lifestyle, and you might lose enough weight to find yourself acceptable.
