How can a woman regain their self esteem back?

shes beautiful inside and out..but has lost herself completely..she doesnt think she is attractive on the outside..due to her BF rather give or pay atteintion to the next chick instead

Jess..a better question is ..WHY does the involvement with a man solidify a woman's self assurance or self confidence?

see the irony here is...that the majority of men are attracted to the woman who HAS self confidence, self assurance and self esteem.

you need to learn what makes jessica tick..you need to learn as much as you can about YOU...I don't matter ...this guy your dating apparently matters when it comes to you getting back to the basics and figuring out who you are and what you like..OTHERWISE you would save yourself about 100 pts and NOT ask the questions in 7 different ways..he is NOT worth 100 pts...or even his own skin..if he doesn't respect YOU for YOU!!!

...who you are inside...because YOU DID get lost...and the only way to find the beautiful woman named Jessica inside...is to bring yourself back to the center of what matters in your life and figure out what are the things in YOUR life that MUST receive top priority in EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE...

example...first of all...NO GUYS...you NEED to prioritize what makes YOU ...YOU! a man doesn't do that..we can help you progress to become better..but we can't help you get in touch with who you are..not really anyways..we can give you ideas..but YOU have to apply them..

so what are the things that you like? what are the things that make up your life?..what are your hobbies? what is your major/career/ professional plans? ..what are your maternal goals if you DO plan on being a mom one day? How many kids would you like to have? how would you be their example? what would you teach them? these are all things that make up YOU and how see things in life..obviously you would teach your children what you believe in...so how do YOU teach them to believe in THEMSELVES..IF you ALSO HAVE CHALLENGES IN THE SAME AREA?

SO..WHO ARE YOU?? Who are you to your God? Your Savior? (if you are Christian) what do you believe in..and why do you NOT believe in yourself? We cannot be truly loved till we truly love ourselves....so do you? Where are your securities when it DOES come to dating? Do you have faith in your man? do you get jealous? why get jealous? did he give you reasons or are you naturally distrusting? what does she have that you don't?(both good and bad?) maybe she HAS curves...but does she have kids? she may have curves and be a bit overweight...or maybe she just has curves? why let this bother you? do you work out? do you keep in shape? If this guy doesn't see past the tip of his nose..and see who you are...WHAT DO YOU OWE HIM???

Jessica answer these honestly...I think that you have sold yourself short with this guy...you deserve better...and DON'T let him back in..under ANY circumstance...tell him that you forgive him..you can even forget what happened...but you just need to move on and suggest he does the same..so that he understands that when he moved from you...YOU DID THE SAME!

She must surround herself with good friends like yourself and then begin the process of going out and enjoying the small things in life.......and make a complete break with the man who is actually a coward to treat her with such disrespect. By taking control that way, she is starting that positive foundation.

First off, NEVER LET A MAN TAKE YOUR SELF ESTEEM!!

Secondly, if by chance that did happen, listen to the people around you when they tell you how beautiful you are. They aren't wrong. A great friend will never lie to you when they tell you so.

Thirdly...ALL WOMEN ARE BEAUTIFUL! God made us that way and we should always remember that.
