How old is he?
Check with vet on amount Pepto is fine for dogs. You will need to force liquids ASAP. Dehydration is a horrible death.
If the pepto does not help you will want him to see a vet. If he doesn't have diarhea he may have a blockage which can be severe. If he has already been throwing up in all likely hood inducing vomiting will not help and object will need to be surgically removed.
I hope all goes well. Please force liquids ASAP. He has gone too long without fluids.

You really shouldn't give a dog pepto bismal regardless of what a vet says, dogs usually eat grass outside to help their stomach, perhaps take your dog outside in the fresh air for a while.

Before you give your dog ANYTHING, call your vet! Your dog's symptoms sound very serious, far worse than an upset stomach!
I don't know about Pepto Bismal, but the vet has had us give dogs Kaopectate on occasion. The dosage depends on the size of the dog, so always talk to your vet first.
Also, I frequently feed sick dogs for a few days on a mixture of cooked hamburger and white rice. BUT SEE YOUR VET FIRST!

You can give your dog pepto bismol. It will not harm a dog. My vet told me it was fine. I have given it to my dog, and it always fixes her right up.
However, what you are describing sounds like more than an upset tummy. Lazy and not eating since Saturday could be serious. Your dog might have a bowel obstruction or something else. Eating a foreign object can lodge in the dog's intestines, and not allow anything to pass. A bowel obstruction will prevent your dog from being able to eat anything new, and if they try they will throw it back up. If not treated, the dog will die. You need to call your vet.

If he is not eating or drinking then I would get him to the vet. Chances are this is not something that pepto bismol will fix. Before giving your dog anything over the counter I would speak with your vet anyway to make sure you get the dosage right. It is different for humans and dogs.

Ask your Dogs Vet first to get the right amount because it could cause a problem if you give too much to the dog. In cats is can make them very sick. Pepto Bismol won't affect a dog as much it would a cat.

Yes you can give your dog a small dose of Pepto Bismal.
Recommended doses are as follows. In general, Pepto-Bismol regular strength liquid: Dogs: 0.5-1 ml/pound every 6-8 hours by mouth. Regular strength tablets (often the form preferred by dogs): 1/4 tablet/20 pounds every 6-8 hours by mouth. Treatment should only be needed for 1-2 days. If diarrhea persists or worsens, contact your veterinarian. Corrective Mixture: 0.11 ml/pound once, then 0.05 ml/pound every 6 hours. Treatment should only be needed for 1-2 days. If diarrhea persists or worsens, contact your veterinarian.

Ummmm...........You should probably call your vet for your dog and ask if they have annything to make him feel better.... About the peptol bismal idea, I would read the back label and see if it says " CAN BE USED ON DOGS" no just kidding. I wouldnt because it might make him more sick. Call the vet and see what they can do. Try and keep the dog rested all day and try feeding him little amounts of water/ food.
Hope he feels better!

We use to give our dog Gravol because she use to get car sickness, but it was for prevention and on the advice of a vet... BUT your dog sounds lethargic and starting to dehydrate... take him to the vet.
This also happened to our dogs (must have picked up something in the neighbourhood as per vet)... one needed to be admitted and given an IV to rehydrate her - the other one we caught before it got that far and the vet gave her a shot of some sort.

First take your dog to the vet. It sounds like it has eaten something it wasn't suppose to.
Second, you can give your dog charcoal bones to help an upset stomach but NEVER EVER give your dog people meds. It could cause different reactions including seizures, excess vomiting, and numerous other things.
