Me and my friend started meeting these two lads on a weekend to get drunk with, my friend now goes out with one of them, and i really like the other but I dont know where I stand with him. About a month ago while I was NOT sober, my friends boyfriend told me he wanted to go out with me, but my friend told me he mimed no to him (If that makes sense). But this weekend he had to leave us at 1:30am because he had a job down south, and he kissed me goodbye. What is going on?

I dont think I wrote that quite clearly enough lol, my friends boyfriend Ben, said to me "Jake wants to go out with you". Jake mimed back to Ben so that I didn't see, "no", as in no I dont. That was about a month ago but this weekend he kissed me goodbye..does that make more sense?

'Well Id say just confront him self because its not use nurturing these feelings for him on false hopes. ive been in that whole situation before and I know how it feel, I bet that kiss goodbye made your heart beat so fast it felt like if it was standing still making your whole body feel numb, want more of him to revive you. oops sorry just got carried away in my own moment... So you like the guy. Ask to see him somewhere besides in a drinking situation and see if he accepts. If he doesn't you will only be his drinking dip. If that's what you want, then wait for him to get drunk next time and tell him not to wait so late in the evening to kiss you. But be prepared that it might just be physical and don't whine when it doesn't turn into something "more".

Sounds like your friend may be one of those people who like to get the guy and doesnt like you to upstage her and took you along on the ride. boyfriend social circle situations can go all wrong anyway causing fall outs and taking sides. if you really like this guy ask him out but do the dating alone the 2 of you and see how you like each other then without "my friend fancies you" childish stuff.

He kissed you goodbye and that was all that is was. Do not look to deeply into things, looking for signs that he likes you like you like him. Tell him what you feel see what he says and move on in whatever direction his answer to your emotions takes you.

in all honesty you firstly need to find out why ure friend was miming no to you, obviously she knows something you dont, so ask ure firned first then make ure decision from there, obviously he likes u to kiss you but ask ure friend first x
