I am very happy with my body. I am 5'3.5 and weight 118 lbs. I haven't always weighted that little but i have maintained that weight for a long time now. I used to weigh around 130 but i was very sick with a stomach flu for over a month and that is part of what caused me to lose weight. The rest was running and exercise. I lost about 10 lbs in 2 months. I wear a size 2 pants and a small or medium top.
My daily diet is something like....
Breakfast-
milk(2%)/hot cocoa(Swiss Miss)
either 2 waffles (Eggo) with butter or 1-2 bowls of cereal with milk (Special K, Lucky Charms, Raisin Nut Bran)
sometimes fruit (cantaloupe/apple)
Lunch-
water
sandwich (PB&J or ham&cheese with mustard or turkey with mayo -any of these go on white bread)
2 small cookies (Milanos or Chips Ahoy)
1 serving chips or crackers (oyster crackers or Baked Lays)
Snack-
milk, water, or lemonade
Small bowl or snack mix (Chex mix)
Or sunflower seeds
Or crackers and cheddar cheese(see nutrition label on box)
Dinner-
Salad (lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, olives, Ken's dressing- French or Italian)
Meat (steak, chicken, etc--the piece should be the size of your clenched fist--no bigger)
Pasta
Veggie(carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
Snack-
Small cup of ice cream (Edy's double churned 1/2 fat 1/3 calories of regular ice cream)
Or two cookies with milk (Milanos, Oreo, or Chips Ahoy)
Indulgences- extra ice cream topping, a piece of cake, dessert at the restaurant-every now and then
My daily exercise routine-
Run 1-2 miles 4-5 days a week (20 mins a day- stretch before and after)
Do yoga or pilates 1 day a week
Relax the other day
Things to take note of:
-Use portion control- if your eating something do not over eat...eat only one portion size and stop
-If you indulge one day don't be upset or starve yourself, just get back on track the next day
-You can email me with other questions : )

I am pretty pleased with my body right now- its taken me two years to lose about 50 pounds. I did it slowly by changing different aspects of my diet and making them healthier.
My diet is pretty healthy- I don't like veggies so I bought a juicer and I make juice every day. I keep lots of fruit around my apartment for snacks. I can't cook yet, so I rely on frozen dinners (I prefer Lean Cuisine and Amy's Bowls), whole wheat pasta, and sandwiches. I tend to eat little bits throughout the day- usually I have mini meals 4-6 times every day, always ending with my veggie juice around 8 pm. I don't count calories, I just listen to my body and stop eating when I'm full. This took some discipline and practice.
My indulgence is fried food. Probably one of the worst indulgences I could have, but I don't allow myself to eat too much of it. I am still cutting back, but I do enjoy fried chicken sometimes when I am out to eat. My other favorite is pizza- I make sure to get thin crust, light cheese, and I blot the grease to cut down on fat.
I have gone from a miserable size 14 to a happy and healthy size 4 over the course of two years. Most of that was due to dietary changes, but recently I have also added Pilates to my routine. I do that Pilates for about 20 minutes a day, and I love it because its a wonderful workout and I don't get too sweaty. Its the one workout that I truly enjoy and look forward to, which I believe is very important. You have to want to work out to be consistent.
One thing that I found incredibly valuable over the course of these last two years was doing research about a healthy lifestyle. One website in particular has really helped me and I have recommended it on this forum a lot, www.webmd.com. I also recieved great information in the Abs Diet Book (by David Zinczenko) which, even though it is geared towards men, was a wonderful tool.
My weight loss has certainly not been steady, I've had my ups and downs. If anything, I've learned that when trying to be healthy, you cannot expect perfection and when you mess up, the most important thing to do is get right back on track as soon as possible.
If I can go from a diet consisting of Goldfish and Dr. Pepper to a diet filled with nutritious foods, I believe anyone can do it. All they need is a good plan and a lot of patience.

i'm a length 5 (became a 9 some years in the past). i'm not as tone as i need to be yet i'm chuffed cuz i don't prefer to resign each and every thing i admire to be "proper". generally I consume a stable for you breakfast-fruit, yogurt, wheat toast, in spite of your into, yet do not pass. Lunch-salad or I make forward grilled fowl & steamed vegetables. Then generally after being stable all day i will spluge on some thing i admire for dinner (i don't pass so some distance as a BigMac w/super length fries). a stable element is to look at your parts which could be the challenge for an excellent variety of individuals and purely adjusting which you will shed weight. For exercising I walk a mile approximately 3-4 cases a week and a few weight firming as quickly as a week.

My wife is very happy with her body, she does the following.
If your shooting for healthy go organic (most food contain growth hormones, preservative, additives, sugar, and MSG which may lead to obesity). Be sure to include fiber, flax seed oil, vegetables, brown rice, fruits, fresh sea fish, plenty of water, and green/ginger tea in your diet. Begin with a detox you can get from any health food store, drink a morning drink contain mineral and vitamins and fruit. eat a salad for lunch with lettuce spinach, red/green/Orange peppers, onions, tuna, beats, peas, sunflower seeds, oil and vinegar, and any other item you may enjoy. When eating, chew your food 3 to 4 time longer than you are acustom. You want to break it down to a liquid almost. Do not use sugar, it slow the metabolism. is you have to have something sweet go with fruits. artificial is bad news in most cases. Be sure to drink the tea at least twice each day, ginger help with digestive aid and the green cleans your system. Remove all wheat products from your diet see http://stayinformed.info/about/aboutglut... to find about why. do not use seasoning that contain MSG (leads to obesity) see http://stayinformed.info/about/aboutmsg.... for information on why. This may seem like a lot and it will take a little to get use to. I lost 30 pounds in 6 months without exercise. I recommend exercise. It is healthier. begin with walking and or water aerobics. Include light weights with a min. of 10 reps after about 6 months.
Good snack include: healthy trail mix, popcorn, and fruit.
Good Luck
