i've done a double century. 200miles in one day.
not too sure how to answer things here, but i saw you wanted details. a group of us was doing TOSRV from columbus to portsmouth ohio. we wanted to see how fast we could do it. we left early and ended up getting down there in 5.5 hours around noon. with half a day left we wanted to see if we could get back. it took us a little longer back 6.5 hours. back then, with my four buds we could average 22+.

Mountain bike = 413 km (256 miles) over 2 days.
Halifax, Nova Scotia to Saint John, New Brunswick
Road Bike = 1440 km (895 miles) over 5 days ... twice.
Halifax, Nova Scotia to Ottawa, Ontario ... and return.
Regular 'one day' trips of 150-170 miles:

Cheyenne WY - Colorado Springs CO
Oklahoma City OK - Denton TX

In one day it would be 165 miles.
Rode cross country in 2000. From Irvine, CA to Boston, MA.
3600 miles in 32 days.
Riden RAGBRAI 17 times across state of Iowa.

Every year we ride mountain bikes on the levee around Lake Okeechobee in two days. One day is 68 miles, the other is 47. It's not as hard as it used to be because much is paved now but between wind and changing weather it's still a bit of a challenge. We're contemplating doing it in one day this year if anyone is interested.
Last year as I did this my wife stayed home (smart!). Saturday she rode 60 mile and Sunday she rode 75 miles on her road bike.

49 miles on a mountain bike. Took us 11 hrs though, including all the rest stops.

I have done a 20 mile ride twice, and 10 mile rides alot.
The longest distance I have ran is 10 miles.

22 miles, and I'm very proud of it, actually! I did a mountain bike tour a couple of years ago and it was awesome!
