Well, Outraged, old boy....I'll defend to my death your right to believe the myths of the quasi-historic, semi-nomadic, Semetic goat herders.

Jesus proved that he was a prophet. (Mark 6:4; Luke 13:33; 24:19; John 4:19; 6:14; 9:17) Thus, it is understandable why his apostles, sitting with him on the Mount of Olives overlooking Jerusalem, would ask him about the future: “When will these things be, and what will be the sign of your presence and of the conclusion of the system of things?”—Matthew 24:3; Mark 13:4.
You will find their question and Jesus’ reply in Matthew chapter 24, Mark chapter 13, and Luke chapter 21. In many respects the accounts are complementary, but they are not identical. For example, only Luke mentions ‘pestilences in one place after another.’ (Luke 21:10, 11; Matthew 24:7; Mark 13:8)
You say, ‘Yes, I believe these Bible prophecies; the end will come someday, but it’s quite some time off.’ Yet, are you sure? Should you not heed the warning now?
There are many who belittle the evidence that Bible prophecies are in the course of fulfillment. They refuse to heed evidence that should be convincing to any reasonable person that the end of this system is near. Yet, the Bible even foretold their attitude, saying: “In the last days there will come ridiculers with their ridicule, proceeding according to their own desires and saying: ‘Where is this promised presence of his? Why, from the day our forefathers fell asleep in death, all things are continuing exactly as from creation’s beginning.’”—2 Peter 3:3, 4.
But today’s ridiculers are mistaken. The fact is, things have changed. Bible prophecies are being fulfilled. The evidence that the end is near is overwhelming.
So what should you do?
Here is an article that explains what it going to happen in the near futures and what you should do. I encourage you to take out YOUR OWN personal copy of the Bible and look up the scriptures. Enjoy!

Well, Gandy Ol' Boy, the truth is that it has been "The Last Days" since Jesus Ascended. It is a period of Grace,( the unmerited Favor of God ), before the Tribulation, during which time all who have rejected Christ as LORD will suffer the Wrath of God. It is also called "The time of The Gentiles", when it is over, and The Church is Raptured, during the Tribulation, the only people who will be able to Receive Jesus as LORD will be Jews, all Gentiles who rejected Jesus as LORD during "The Last Days" will be damned, and die during the Tribulation.

It's always the end times for somebody. Ever since Revelations was written, somebody's been predicting Armageddon coming in a week. So far as I can tell, they haven't gotten it right yet.

You'll know it's the end times whenever your favourite program (let's just say Pokemon for argument's sake) is cancelled due to breaking news that Israel and the Middle East is being attacked by Iran and other powerful countries, you'll know it's the end when your friendly neighbour(who hasn't accepted Christ) cautiously sneaks to your house, and you find him hiding behind your sofa with a strange mark on his forehead.. you'll know it's the end when .. yourBiblebashing' Preacher's Morning service is cancelled for eternity....when the neighbour's lawn mower is going by itself and when John Hagee is preaching on the End times on CBN instead of TBN..
Just keep watching out for the signs and you'll get it don't worry.
By the way, mocking is a bad choice to make.

Yeah, isn't it always? Or at least it is every few years.
"Look out, the world is gunna end! No... wait.... it's ending next month. Hold on.... in a few years. Um..... well, actually, maybe after about a dozen years. In a century? BELIEVE ME, IT'S ENDING!!! GET SAVED!!!"
