i am eating all the time when i am alon at home and i feel bad but i cant stop and now is summer i dont want to get fat pls help me

Stress can be a big contributor to eating disorders. Rather than focusing on the food intake that you feel you are going excessively right now perhaps you should think about your surroundings. For instance, Family, Friends, Work or School (depending on your personal situation). Typically you can find something that is happening in your life that is causing a new stress level. Excessive eating can be attributed to stressful environments so take a step back and write down everything that is going on in your life. There may be something very obvious. Once you see it (assuming its there of course) then focus on a solution.

Get out in the world! Take a class in something you like, volunteer at an animal shelter, look outside yourself and occupy yourself. In addition, clear out all the junk food at your house and replace it with fruit and healthy snacks. You have to take steps and be responsible. Start the day with a long, brisk walk. There are many ways to get past your problem.

you probably eat when you're bored so try to preoccupy yourself by getting a job, hanging out with friends, or even exersicing so that you're away from food. But don't starve-make sure to have several small meals a day with each including fiber and protein to keep you satisfied.
