i'm getting my boyfriend a bonsai tree as a impromptu present and having it delivered to his work. they say bonsai trees can last for hundreds of years.
need ideas of how i should word his card. i want to say something nice and romantic and something i link with the life expectancy of the bonsai tree

Please know that I am serious about this answer. It may sound like I'm being a smart alec, but I can tell you what NOT to put on the card. I wouldn't compare your lasting love to the life of the tree. Too many times an outdoor bonsai is placed inside, and then it only lasts about 6 months. You need to make sure you are getting your tree from the person who planted and designed it and it MUST be an indoor tree if you are getting it for his office.
