What a pathetic come back. And these are so called chrisitans. So if there is any real chrisitans out there how do you feel about it. It makes me sick. I just heard from a friend that this christian was going to pray to God to kill him. Just becasue he is wiccan. What a joke. I am a christian who is looking up and going up in my walk.I have had 2 abortions and that was before I became a christian and God did not tell me to do it. It was my decission. I just wished these people would stop proclaiming to be christians, they give us a bad name.

Oh I think you hit the nail on the head. It is plain sinister isn't it? Of course, someone WILL have to tell you that just because it bothers you MEANS there is some "truth" to it which is affecting you. They do not realise that it disturbs people because it IS disturbing PERIOD. If I must speak plainly, think freewill is a bunch of bunk and its used as a PR tactic by certain Christians who cannot deal with or want to sugar coat the sadistic nature of a God who would deliberately sends people to hell. They do not want GOD to have ANY responsibility in the matter so they make it YOUR fault. It is just like an obsessed stalker blaming the victim saying, "She brought it on HERSLEF!" Freewill is knowing for CERTAIN about ALL your options and THEN making an informed choice that is TOTALLY uncoerced. Once there is reward or threat of punishment, it not a FREE CHOICE but a coerced or bribed one. IF a man holds a gun to a woman's head and says, "LOVE ME OR ELSE I BLOW YOUR BRAINS OFF!!!!!" its the SAME thing as God saying "LOVE ME OR ELSE YOU WILL GO TO HELL FOR ETERNITY!" What kind of love is THAT? True love for God would be found in someone who HAD no fear of hell and still choose to love God purely for the sake of loving God.

People blame God for everything, including killing. Either these people are cold-blooded killers, or they are obviously very mentally unbalanced. However, mentally ill does not absolutely mean not knowing right from wrong. So I would defer to the psychiatrists and then the courts (and God of course) for justice.

The devil is very sneaky. He sometimes sneaks his wishes instead of God's into someones's head. Especially those who are mentally ill. Have you ever heard of someone going off their rocker and becoming a serial hugger?

I think that they have fallen far, far from God. God could not look upon them, because of sin and they opened the door wide enough for satan and a whole host of demons to get through.

Look up the teachings of John Paul Jackson, Cleansing Streams and programs like it. They teach believers that Satan can 'bind them' in certain sins, that believers can be tormented by demons, that the occultic practices of family generations need to be renounced in a BELIEVER's life... This is somewhat common in Pentecostal circles..
The whack teachings of Cleansing Streams was enough to lead me out of Pentecostalism and into Biblically fundamental faith. We need to pray for believers who are being robbed and deceived by these crooks.
I totally sympathize with your regret and nausea.

Any one that can kill another human has evil influence. That does not make them a possessed person, just a person that does not know God's ways and teaching, someone who has not accepted God in their heart. They allow satan to consume them, they allow the evil ways to lead them, they make excuses for their wrong doings, its a lie... again, its evil influence.
I commend you for turning to God and listening to his word.

Someone who claims anyone (God OR the Devil) made them do ANYTHING are dilusional. God gives us free will and we have authority over satan. It's just an excuse.

it just shows that anyone is capable of anything...i mean you can't just believe someone to be a 'good' person just because they are a christian....it just bothers me that God is always the scapegoat for anything a christian does wrong....

I think they are lost souls...i also think that they are mentally ill...God would never have someone kill their children in his name...thats just crazy...ppl like this need to be put away and never be able to be free again!!!
