Why did you marry the poor bloke if there's nothing that immediately springs to mind? (believe me, say the right stuff and you'll be guaranteed something springs up)

You are the man's wife. Depressing as it can be, it's your job to build up the guy's ego. Nobody else is going to do that for him, and if they do, you're in even more trouble than I thought.

If you mean to say at your wedding then Id go with saying how he looks out for you / treats you nice / surprises you etc. Obviously I have NO idea who you or your husband are so Im just guessing he does these things lol! We don't know him, you do. We're not the ones who married him, you are. Think back to WHY you married him, WHY you fell for him and how you used to feel about him (and hopefully still do?). Then try and put this into words, or perhaps a cute card. My mum occasionally puts a little note inside my dads butty-box when she gets it ready for work so he sees it on his lunch. It's usually simple and cute with perhaps just an "I love you. X" but the fact is, it was thought about!
