...did not attend your wedding, did not give you a gift, and said that he/she didn't like weddings, would you kick them to the curb forever?

No. My best friend didn't come to my wedding, but we still talk.

No, people don't HAVE to come, you send out an invite, not an order. Not everyone loves weddings and goes all girly and romantic at the thought of them, for a lot of people they are an uncomfortable place to be. It would make you more of a friend if you didn't place such high importance on one day of your life, and took into account the many times your friend has been there for you. Also, no one is obliged to buy a gift, perhaps she cannot afford anything right now?

Nope.

They are my friend. Just because they do not like weddings and do not want to attend my wedding or give me a gift does not mean they are not my friend.

No. Not everyone likes to attend weddings, and perhaps he/she was broke and couldn't afford a gift.

If they did not attend BECAUSE they dont like weddings, then yes.
If they did not attend because they couldnt AND they happen to just not like weddings, then no.
The gift doesnt matter.

depends how long have you known them have they been to other weddings and they are just saying it about yours and just because you invite someone does not require them to bring a gift whether they go or not!!!! they may be a good friend otherwise

No, he or she may have had some other reason to not attend or send you a gift that may have been embarassing or something. Like being broke.

It depends on the circumstances. Getting a gift from them is NOT a deal breaker.

Probably not the way you are thinking, but it would show me the type of friend they are. The friendship would mostly like just fade away, because there would be little effort on my part to keep this type of relationship.

well, the question is what sort of a friend are you if you have trouble accepting his/her wishes? especially when that person has made it clear that it's not personal but he/she just dislikes weddings...
