I believe it says Intetsu and his dream lover's rings (Aoi) but I'm not positive can someone help me!?!

Yes, you are correct. It does say Intetsu and his dream lover's ring. I lived in Japan for 4 years.....I can read and write hiragana and katakana and some Kanji. I'm afraid I don't know what those complicated symbols are (Kanji), but I know what the other letters say.
