Even if i east a pastry my stomach start paining... i don't know what is the reason behind for.

If the eggs based pastry cause stomach pains; then you might consider switching to egg beaters. However, there are other minerals and nutrients found in the whole eggs.

If the pain is mostly located on the right side of your stomach, then you may be sensitive to fat food because of the cholestrol contain.
If the pain is mostly felt on the left side of the stomach, then you should avoid fatty, heavy food. That's gastric irritation.
And the pain mostly on lower parts of the abdomen indicates bowel problems.
