I name my cats after Pasta as I find they are beautiful names with a lot of uniqueness to them, so far I have Penne, Minx (who was adopted and couldn't be renamed) and Spaghetti - who is Minx's kitten, seven weeks old. If you want insteresting names, it's best to take into consideration the personality of the cat not just the colourings.

i had a black cat called lucy, she lived to 20! now i'm getting a black and white kitten called mehitabel.

We had an all black cat and her name was Menow. She was a great cat, loved to hunt and would bring us "dinner". She was hunting a snake and if bit her before she could kill it. But she was great and we really missed her after she was gone.

We use to have a black puffy cat. We called her Spookie.
She was one of my favorites and had a bright red collar she would wear.
