I'm currently eating Glucosamine pill but am considering to apply Glucosamine cream to affected areas such as knees and fingers as an additional treatment to improve my joints. But does it really works? Any first-hand experiences? Please share with me.

I use a cream that has Glucosamine in it, and it really helps stop the pain. You would be best to combine the pills and the cream. I've enclosed a link were you can read about the cream that I am using. It's the first cream that really stops the pain for me . I have Fibromyalgia.

i think you should stay and use the pills rather than using the cream. glucosamine is only superficial and only effective as a temporary relief, on the other hand pills are more direct and my last (depends upon the dosage and name of the drug) for hours.

goodluck!
