We are in Ohio now, so anything in the continental US or North America.

LOL, train is the one form of travel that I am scared of. So we will probably rent a car to go somewhere (who wants to take a bus on your honeymoon? that would be awful---for me anyway).
Any other time a bus would be no problem.

You guys should drive to Myrtle Beach, I've never been but hey, that's where everyone else goes. Find a common interest, if you two would be happy at a NASCAR race, then do it! It's all about knowing that you now have each other, your surroundings are really unimportant.. Congrats!!!

Gatlinburg sounds good, as one person suggested. The Grand Canyon, or Washington DC, or Chicago, or Memphis, or just about anyplace could work. Go talk to a travel agent, and check the schedules for Amtrak to see where you can take the train.

Then get hubby in for some desensitization therapy for his phobias. The most dangerous part about flying somewhere is the drive to the airport.

In Ohio, there are a great deal of places locally. Check out bed and breakfast.com they will give you a list of places in your surrounding areas. There are a great deal of places located close to the country. (Southern Ohio). Also In Pennsylvania, the Poconos a honeymoon resort with champagne shaped Jacuzzis and heart shaped bath tubs, etc. I am sure you can find a great deal just by searching on the Internet. Do a search of honeymoon resorts in and around Ohio. Good luck and God bless****

Since your are in Ohio, why not go to the city instead of someplace tropical. New York and Chicago are great cities with plenty to do.

A cabin in the mountains. Relax, fish, shop, weather is cool, scenery is fantastic. Colorado, Wyoming, Tennessee, Doesn't matter where. Or consider Amtrak and see whatever you want to see.
