height isn't everything, my sister is taller than me when she wears heels, and I'm done growing, but I don't let it bug me.

I'm a woman who is six feet tall (182.88 cm) and I have similar problems as the guy who said he is 6'4" (1,950.72 cm). I have had to settle for pants that are too short because it beats going naked (button downs with shorter sleeves are easy-- I just cuff them). The other day I bought a pair of maternity pants that are a bit shorter than what I would like (they hit the tops of my socks). However, I needed dressy maternity pants and they were only $6, which is actually more than what I've paid for clothing in quite a long time. However, they're pants, so I can wear them in summer or winter, which would be good if I'm blessed with another pregnancy and it's in winter. I've also had to deal with too short beds, knocked my head many times to the point that the nerves are near numb, etc. Then there is the fun of men hitting on me just because I'm tall and thin. (Well, I was thin before I my pregnancy; I'm still thin, as I've only gained 20 pounds in six months.) No, I didn't play basketball or volleyball. No, I never had any desire to model, etc.
Sure, there are some good things like being able to find people in crowds and having them spot me. I can utilize the cupboard over my fridge and the highest shelves in my other cupboards for daily usage.
My favorite though, is that I'm the "little" sister. I'm taller than my older sister by about six inches and about the same height as our brother. Funny how he quit messing with me when I rivaled him in size.
Just be happy with the way you are. You're not done growing yet, I bet. I still did some growing when I was 15 and older.

At 15, you've probably still got some more growing to do. I wouldn't worry about it, as shorter girls/women are usually called "petite", which basically means feminine and attractive. Platform shoes are a simple way to look taller, if it bothers you. For us guys, however, height can be a big deal. Being 6'4", I think it's a double edge sword being tall.
Advantages - you can see over crowds (sporting events, concerts etc.), you don't get picked on as much at school, and girls tend to prefer taller guys (but not always). Disadvantages - beds are often too short, small cars are too cramped, and you have less choice of clothes in your size.

There are two ways to be tall:
1. Inherit tall genes from your parents
2. Wear high heels (or elevators in your shoes for guys)
But don't give up hope yet. Some people just grow more slowly - often you will continue to grow through your 20s.
