This makes no sense, you were obviously drunk whilst writing this. You are right the world would be so much fun if everyone was pissed all the time, think of all the fighting, the liver and brain damage, the babies born with birth defects. Even more increases in tax to pay for all the health problems and accidents caused by drink driving. Alcohol is actually a depressant. A simple rule in life-If you don't want an answer don't ask a question.

the moody Michael is the effect upon someone i know who is sadly very keen on the alcohol, i enjoy a drink myself occasionaly but i 'don't need' to every day.

A person i know cannot drink alcohol because of a medical condition and so, that's the closest they have to it. For that reason, it is a good thing.
