Dreaming about a nieghbor reflects the quality you see in your neighbourhood or with someone close to you. aswell as your relationship with others.Dreaming of a good neighbours is a sign of well-being and tranquiliaty. If you and your nieghbour are fighting take a look at whats causing the disputeand resolve it, as it usually reflects your personal relationship with those around you.
As for the love its a emotion that shows your mood. It may be saying your feeling loved, or un-loved by those around you.
Are you currently in a relationship? Becuase its sounding as though this dream is pointing to it.

In all reality the dream means nothing - your mind mixes all kinds of people and ideas together to make your dreams. Don't be fooled by reading too much into it. However, if you continue to build a relationship, there is no telling where it will lead - just wait it out and enjoy the ride.

It means that you're interested in this guy and that you want him to love you...or at least "want" you. Does it mean that he "does"? No. Does it mean that you really want him to love you? No, but you might. Dreams are just fragments of what played in our minds during the day. If you really like this guy and you are both single/available, just go over there and ask him out. If you're not single/available, then just enjoy your fantasy and don't let your desires ruin your current situation. well wen u have dreams it is like a brainwashing tv...
wen u sleep ur body (depending on every factor of ur sleeping position) will pick up ur thoughts transmission.
ie.: i saw a show about gay people (like will and grace) meaning i dreamped of something gay...(like ur case)
so that means that watever happened that specific day, may occur in ur dreams...
we all have these dream broadcast stations in the subconsious part of ur brain
and sometimes your subconcious thoughts (dreams) have an effect on our life... ie.: i had a nightmare about a giant spider, and now im 34 and i have a fear of spiders
we dont know it, but most of our brain thats functioning is subconcious...

My advice to you would be is
Find out if he is single and then just ask him do you have any feelings for me?
Look this might sound very "in the face" but if its out then you may find love and happiness.
I had a similar experience and im just hoping i can make it work!

You probably have a crush on him. This is normal, we are human we think of the opposite sex in sexual ways sometimes. This does not mean you will act out. It is alright to have fanticies as long as you don't act them out. This might actually be good for your libido!
